It's not hard to make crispy duck- you have to score the skin so the fat runs out. I love the combination of the sweet caramelised orange juice and the saltiness from the soy sauce too. I usually serve this delicious crispy duck breast with vegetable and a noodle stir fry or with rice and chinese plum sauce.

I love this recipe!! When the brownie mix first came out it was still runny in the mixture, but I didn't want to cook it for any longer. I tried it and it was gorgeous (still edible even if its runny). I left it in the fridge as recommended and they were gorgeous the next day, chewy and fudgy and yum!!
