About this recipe: A fast way to make delicious ice cream in a food processor or blender. Use any frozen fruit in place of the strawberries.

Serves: 4 

  • 300g frozen strawberries, or any frozen fruit
  • 125g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 150ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream

Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped.
  2. With the processor running, slowly pour in the cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze for up to one week.
