    About this recipe: Great salad dressing for all salads. This recipe makes a large amount and you can store the dressing in the fridge.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 20 

    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
    • 125ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
    • 45ml (3 tablespoons) sesame oil
    • 100ml (1/3 cup) rice vinegar
    • 125ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
    • 45ml (3 tablespoons) honey
    • 45ml (3 tablespoons) water

    Directions
    Prep:9min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well.
    2. Remove the lid and heat jar in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey.
    3. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.

    Very good recipe! Friends had it for a salad I made for dinner and loved it. I changed it a little and that is why I only gave it 4 stars. I halved the soy sauce and left out the water. - 09 Feb 2014
