A very intense fruit smoothie

    Gorgeous colour and absolutely refreshing. Use your favorite canned fruit - I prefer peaches or pears.

    • 300g frozen mixed berries
    • 400g can sliced peaches, drained
    • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey

    1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, canned fruit and honey. Blend until smooth.
