Easy Asian Marinade

    This garlic-ginger, soy sauce, white wine and sesame oil marinade is great for fish and chicken.

    Serves: 6 

    • 100ml soy sauce
    • 150ml white wine
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3cm fresh ginger, minced
    • handful chopped fresh coriander

    1. In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and coriander. Marinate fish or chicken for 30 minutes or more before grilling or barbecuing.
