Sticky Garlic Chicken Wings

    An easy soya sauce, honey and garlic marinade makes for deliciously sticky chicken wings.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250 ml (1 cup) honey
    • 4,1/2 tablespoons soya sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1.25kg chicken wings

    1. Heat honey, soya sauce and garlic in a saucepan until boiling.
    2. Place the wings in the bottom of a baking dish, and pour the honey mixture over the chicken.
    3. Cover with aluminium foil. Marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
    4. Bake, covered at 190 C for 1 hour; turn the wings after 30 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
    5. Take the wings out of the sauce, and bake on a rack over a roasting pan for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken wings, and cook for another 10 minutes.
