About this recipe:I bought a similar spread at the supermarket awhile back, and I thought that I could do it better and cheaper myself. I use canned artichoke hearts, though you can buy fresh artichokes and cook them yourself.
3 canned artichoke hearts, quartered
125g crab meat
3 spring onions,chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
400g cream cheese, softened

Place artichoke hearts, crab, spring onions, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and pulse until smooth.
Put dip into a non-metallic bowl, and chill for 1 hour.
