About this recipe: Spread cream cheese on your favourite dried biscuits and top with this chunky relish for a tasty party nibble.


Serves: 24 

  • 2 red capsicums, chopped
  • 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup (250ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried crushed chillies

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together the capsicums, onion, vinegar, sugar and chillies.
  2. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer and stirring occasionally, cook 30 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
