Namdtan Prik (Sugar and Chili Dip)

This Thai fruit dip is the ubiquitous companion to almost all fresh fruit sold from street carts. It is very easy to make at home and keeps well in the refrigerator for when you have a hankering for fruit with a sweet, salty, and slightly spicy dipping friend.
