About this recipe:
This quick and easy dish of prawns sauteed in garlic, spring onions and parsley, then topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese, works great as a starter, side dish, or main course.
2 tablespoons (60ml) olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
60g freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add garlic and spring onions and gently cook without browning the garlic.
- Toss in prawns and cook until pink and opaque in the centre. Stir in parsley and heat through.
- Remove from heat and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
