Stir-fry Ginger Beef
A quick easy stir-fry to have with your rice or use it in noodle dishes too.

300 gm beef, sliced
1 tsp cornflour
3.5 cm ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chinese thick caramel sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
3 spring onions, ends removed and cut into half
salt and pepper to taste
oil for cooking
- Marinate the sliced beef with salt, pepper and cornflour.
- Heat the oil and fry the ginger slices until fragrant. Remove the ginger. Add the garlic and stir-fry.
- Then add the beef and the sauces and stir-fry until well combined. Season and lastly add the spring onions and cook until it is slightly wilted and beef is cooked.
