About this recipe: The best thirstquencher ever!

Serves: 2 

  • 3-4 limes
  • 1 big pinch salt
  • 1/2 liter cold water
  • simple syrup to taste (recipe in "tip" section below)
  • ice cubes

Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Juice the limes. Pour the juice into a pitcher.
  2. Add water, salt and simple syrup (to taste). Stir to mix well.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the juice over them. Enjoy!


Simple syrup is simply (haha) a mix of water and sugar. Bring to boil equal amounts of sugar (e.g. 1 cup) and water (e.g. 1 cup). Let boil for one minute. Cool and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
