Taco Sandwich

    1 day 15 mins

Small taco sandwich (finger food). I use fat-free cream cheese and sour cream, it's delicious and light! You can add any vegetables or hot peppers that you'd like to the cream cheese mixture, to layer between the tortillas. Vegetables add an extra crunch. Serve with salsa to dip into.

I ended up throwing most of these out. Made it as listed and didn't add anything so maybe that was my mistake. Very bland and consistency mushy.  -  12 Aug 2006  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
