I love this tangy, sweet salad dressing! Great on any green salad, but especially good on a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts with just a little feta cheese.
I was looking for a Dijon mustard dressing and nothing was fitting so i modified this recipe. I used 1 large teaspoon of Dijon mustard and then eyeballed equal parts olive oil and Rice wine vinegar. i didn't have the other vinegar, then i crushed fresh garlic.
