    This sweet and tangy balsamic dressing is perfect for spring mix!

    • 120 ml olive oil
    • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    1. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, raspberry preserves, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl; continue whisking until thick and smooth.

    Fabulous dressing and a nice fruity twist on regular balsamic vinaigrette!     This dressing was tasty and easy to mix up at the last minute. I didn't have raspberry preserves, but I did have blackberry, so I used that instead. I also added a little bit of garlic powder. I served it over chopped green and purple cabbage with shredded carrots, chopped red peppers, chives from the garden, toasted slivered almonds, and fresh blackberries.
