    This tangy dressing is like a creamy honey-mustard with an Asian twist.

    Makes: 4 servings

    • 45 ml honey
    • 30 ml rice wine vinegar
    • 60 ml mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard and sesame oil. Pour atop salad and serve.

    Outstanding! Great on leaf lettuce. Not heavy like many honey-mustard dressings. I used toasted sesame oil, since that was what I had on hand. Also used light mayo. A definite keeper.
