    About this recipe: I don't mind making and eating this salad dressing especially if I'm watching the amount of cholesterol that I eat. This dressing is very good tasting to me and I hope it is for you.

    Makes: 8 servings

    • 1 cup apple juice
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

    1. Whisk together the apple juice, cider vinegar, basil, oregano, and salt. Refrigerate in a jar with a tight fitting lid for at least 2 hours; shake before serving.
