Greek Souvlaki Dressing

    10 mins

This typical Greek dressing is found in any place that serves souvlaki. You know the one, in a glass container with all the oil and spices in it. I think this is more flavorful that any Greek dressing I have found, it will bring out the flavor of your souvlaki!

Used balsamic vinegar instead of the required one and added 4tablespoons of lemon juice; turned out pretty good! Will definitely be going making this a regular dressing kept in the fridge.  -  20 Oct 2007  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
