About this recipe:
Dill dressing used on salads at a local German restaurant.
Makes: 32 servings
2 cups dill pickles, roughly chopped
1/4 cup dill pickle juice, or more to taste
1/4 cup canola oil
3 sprigs fresh dill
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- Place the dill pickles, pickle juice, canola oil, fresh dill, and salt and pepper in a blender, and blend until smooth.
