In a medium pan, gently cook mushrooms parmesan, salt and pepper.
Butter the bottom and sides of a 25cm pie dish. Press mushroom mixture into dish evenly on bottom and sides. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms.
In a blender, blend together cream cheese, eggs and Tabasco until well incorporated. Stir in diced ham and pour over the mushroom and cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until set in centre. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
