Chilled Lemonade Dessert

    35 mins

This is a quick and easy recipe. My parents loved it when they first tried it. Variation: Substitute eight individual 1/2 cup molds for the 6 cup mold. Garnish with peach slices, blueberries and fresh mint leaves, if desired.

This recipe is wonderful! I added a pecan crust. The combination was great. I omitted the lemon zest and changed the lemonade concentrate to 1/2 cup. Got many requests for the recipe. Very refreshing!  -  23 Aug 2001  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This was pretty good. I used regular cream cheese as that's what I had on hand. I tried a lemonade dessert years ago that I fell in love with, and have not been able to find any recipe that matches it. But, this was definately good and I will make it again.  -  04 Mar 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This was the best! So good. The next time I'm going to use orange jello for a dreamsicle taste.  -  31 Dec 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
