About this recipe: I love this dressing, it's zesty and mellow at the same time. It's perfect on a big, tossed green salad, and is great as a marinade for veggies, meat, or fish. I usually double or triple the batch to always have some around.
Oh, Sunny! This one is a winner! Just tried it on some romaine and radicchio...DELISH! I was all pumped about making this and got my ingredients out only to realize that I was out of red wine vinegar, so I subbed some white balsamic and it worked beautifully! This stuff is awesome!
