Stir-fry Pea Sprouts with Garlic

About this recipe: A simple chinese dish that is healthy and quick.

  • 1 bag pea sprouts
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for cooking
  • sesame oil for drizzling (optional)

  1. Rinse pea sprouts and drain.
  2. Heat a little oil in wok. Saute the minced garlic and add the pea sprouts. Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry until the sprouts are slightly wilted.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle a little sesame oil at the end before serving.
