Cheesy & Creamy Henny Penny Chicken

    Serves: 5 

    • 250gms boneless chicken
    • 2tbs oil
    • 1 peeled onion, cut like omellete
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1tsp salt
    • 1tsp white pepper
    • 2tbs cream
    • half cup mushroom sauce
    • 4tbs chilli garlic sauce
    • 6-8 mushrooms chopped
    • 1 1/2 tsp flour
    • 1 capsicum
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

    Prep:1hr  ›  Cook:25min  ›  Extra time:2hr curing  ›  Ready in:3hr25min 

    1. Mushroom sauce: Heat oil, add sliced mushroom and stir. Add flour and fry.
    2. Add salt, white pepper, water and mix. When it boils, add capsicum and cheddar cheese. Mix well and it's ready. Set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan add onion.When it turns pink,add chopped tomato and chicken and fry till chicken become tender in tomato .
    4. Add salt, white pepper,chillie garlic sauce and mix. Add 3-4 tbsp water and cook.
    5. Add mushroom sauce and mix .Add cream, turn off the flame and mix well. Garnish it with swirl of cream. Serve it with boiled rice.

    Serving suggestion

    serve it with coleslaw, boiled or vegetable rice and hot henny penny chicken with the topping of cream
