5 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
10 spring onions
1 green chilli, seeded, or to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
handful chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 teaspoons Tabasco sauce or to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

In a blender or food processor, blend the tomatoes, spring onions, chillies, garlic and coriander to desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lime juice, Tabasco sauce, black pepper and salt. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
