Miso Black Cod

    I don't cook much fish at home because it doesn't always turn out good. But I came up with this easy peasy recipe which is almost foolproof.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 tablespoons miso paste
    • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 spring onions, chopped
    • 1 kg black cod fillets

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:30min marinating  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients except the fish together. Marinate the black cod in the miso mixture for 30 minutes.
    2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Arrange the black cod on a baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes off easily with a fork.
