Kailan is one of my favorite vegetables and this preparation is super easy to make at home. Substitute any other vegetable like pek cai or choy sum.
Steam the kailan in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. All microwaves are different so you'd have to experiment a couple times to get it just right.
Delicious and cleanses the pallet to accompany any main coursel - vegetarian or meat
