This is a delicious Korean one pot beef soup. The recipe is speeded up by using a pressure cooker. This recipe calls for kosari, a dried bracken fern, but it can be left out if it is not found in your area.
Although this recipe was a little challenging for me I had to make it because this is the ultimate Korean dish for me (besides Kimchi and Kalbi). Whenever I am sick or am in need of something spicy, this is the dish. I love adding rice into the soup which make the soup that much better. Hands down, this recipe is the best!!! - 02 Feb 2010
