3 Oyster mushrooms or Pine mushrooms (slice ½ inch thick)
2 Green onions (chopped)
1 yellow onion (sliced)
1/4 cup (60ml) pineapple Juice
4 tablespoons (60ml) soya sauce
4 tablespoons caster sugar
3 teaspoons crushed garlic
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cut the beef in a bite sizes put in a mixing bowl and pour the pineapple juice over the beef.
Combine soya sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, garlic, black pepper and sesame seeds in a small bowl; mix well.
Pour the soya sauce mixture over beef and marinated at least 3 hours.
Pre heat pan on high heat and sauté the marinated beef until it is half way cooked. Add the onion, mushrooms, salt and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar. Cook the beef for about 5 minutes. Place the beef on a plate and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
