Wash the chicken wings, and then marinade them with soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine and garlic for 30 minutes.
Place the wok on high heat and add vegetable oil. Add chicken wings and saute 2-3 minutes until skin starts to change color. Pour in Coke until liquid covers the wings. Cover wok and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium remove lid.
Cook until liquid is thickened and the chicken wings are well done. If you like dark color and thicker sauce, add dark soy sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
