Seaweed Salad

    This a very refreshing appetizer and an easy to make dish. It is especially good to eat in the summer.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100 gram dried seaweed
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1 tablespoon cooked chili oil
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger
    • 1 teaspoon MSG
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar
    • 1 stalk green onion

    1. Soak the dried seaweed for 3 hours. Clean and shred. Finely chop ginger and green onion.
    2. Boil water, place seaweed shreds in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
    3. Place the seaweed into the mixing bowl. Add garlic, chili oil, salt, ginger, MSG, soy sauce, vinegar, green onion. Mix well.
