About this recipe: Using canned tomatoes and French beans, this is another simple recipe for the busy homemaker that has both meat and vegetables included.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (411g) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (411g) can French beans
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Rinse the pork chops and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pan fry on both sides until golden. Set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan, saute the onion and garlic with olive oil. Add the tomatoes, French beans and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add the pork chops and simmer for about 40 minutes. Serve with rice.
