About this recipe:
This mango relish is a refreshing side dish to serve with fried fish.
1 green mango
1 green mango - peeled, seeded and diced
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely diced
2 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
2 sprigs coriander, finely diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- Peel mango and dice.
- Stir the mango, tomato, coriander and onion together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place mango and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
