About this recipe: A simple and delicious dessert of corn pudding made with canned cream of corn and rice flour.

Serves: 10 

  • 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) coconut milk, divided
  • 1 (420g) can cream of corn
  • 120g rice flour
  • 200g white sugar
  • Latik

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. Mix the coconut milk, cream of corn, rice flour and sugar in a non-stick pot.
  2. Mix thoroughly and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly to prevent mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Pour into a serving platter with ridges or a tray and let cool. Garnish with latik and serve.
