This refreshing snack of sweet fruit, beans and leche plan is topped off with creamy shaved ice and ice cream.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 340 g jackfruit
- 1 jar (340 g) sweetened white beans
- 1 jar (340 g) sweetened red beans
- Leche plan as needed
- Evaporated milk as needed
- Vanilla ice cream as needed

- Dice jackfruit and put in a bowl. Add the beans and mix thoroughly.
- Place 2 tbsp of this mixture in a tall glass. Place 1 tbsp of leche plan on top of this mixture. Fill glass 2/3 full of shaved ice.
- Pour 2 tbsp evaporated milk over the shaved ice. Use a teaspoon to mix. Add sugar syrup if you have a sweet tooth. Top with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy.
