    About this recipe: This is a dessert best served cold. It is easy to make.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 2 cups grated cassava
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 (354 ml) can evaporated milk
    • 1 (396 g) can condensed milk
    • 1 (400 ml) can coconut milk

    Directions
    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr20min 

    1. Mix cassava with condensed milk, evaporated milk and coconut milk thoroughly.
    2. Pour mixture into a baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 180 degrees C.
    3. Switch to broiler mode and brown top of the cake.
