About this recipe: This is prepared to line a llanera or leche flan mold

Serves: 1 

  • 300g granulated sugar
  • 125ml water

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. In a saucepan, mix water and sugar.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens and caramelizes.
  3. Pour into the leche flan mold or llanera and line the bottom and sides of the mold. Cool.
