About this recipe:
This prawn dish can be an everyday dish or prepared when expecting company.
1 lb (1/2 kg) fresh large prawns
2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs, beaten

- Remove heads and shells from prawns, leaving tail intact. Devein shrimp by slicing the back to remove vein.
- Toss prawns in soya sauce, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll prawns in beaten eggs, dip in flour and deep fry in medium hot oil until brown. Serve hot.
