Buko (young coconut) chiller

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 buko
    • 250 ml water
    • ice cubes
    • sugar to taste

    Directions
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Cut the top of the buko to expose the soft meat inside. Pour the juice into a large bowl.
    2. Whack the buko in half. Using a spoon, scrape out the meat and place in the bowl with juice.
    3. There should be enough juice for 2 servings, however, add water to make it sufficient.
    4. Add ice cubes to chill and if you like it sweet, add a little sugar. Serve in tall glasses.
