    About this recipe: A yummy curry to share with friends and family.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1kg beef, cut into cubes
    • 1 pek chye
    • 2 big onions
    • 2 potatoes
    • 2 carrots
    • 3 cups of rice
    • 1 carton (200ml) cream
    • 1 tsp of mustard powder
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1-2 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tsp minced ginger
    • 2 - 3 cups beef stock
    • 1 tsp plain flour
    • 1 tsp oil

    Directions
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Put a pan on medium Heat , add oil.
    2. Rub the flour onto the beef then add to pan.
    3. Cook for five mins or until beef is brown then add onion, pek chye,potatoes and carrot.
    4. Cook for a further five mins then add garlic, ginger, beef stock, mustard powder, curry powder & stir. Add cream and stir.
    5. Leave to simmer for 10 mins stirring every now and then or until potatoes and carrots are soft.
    6. Serve with rice.
