Well I have got to be honest I didn't think it would work but was I wrong. It is the juiciest fruit cake that I have tasted. I will be making one for Christmas with a few adjustments to the ingredients, I will mix a good slug of brandy with the coffee and replace some of the fruit with cherries and maybe some ginger oh yes and just use whole nut chocolate xx  -  14 Nov 2014  (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)
