    About this recipe: Quick fish fillets fried in oil, lemon juice and black pepper. You can use any white fish fillets - like bream or whiting. Serve with rice or potatoes and a green salad.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 tablespoons (45ml) vegetable oil
    • 750g fish fillets
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • ground black pepper to taste

    1. In a large frypan, heat oil over medium high heat until hot. Add fillets and pour ½ of the lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Cook for 4 minutes and turn. Squeeze with the remaining juice and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Continue to cook until fillets flake easily with a fork.
