Salsa dip

    I adapted this recipe from an existing one and my kids absolutely love it and it's really easy and healthy.

    Serves: 6 

    • 2 ripe avocados
    • 1/2 a jar of salsa (I use mild)

    1. Cut open the avocados and remove the seed. place on hard surface and hit the seed with the blade of a knife then twist the knife. The seed will come away on the knife.
    2. Mash the avocado with a fork but not too much, you want a few chunky bits to make it look better and easier to scoop. Once mashed, add the salsa and mix together. Serve with corn chips, rice crackers or dried pita chips ENJOY!!
