    About this recipe: A low fat, healthier version of the mango lassi, which still retains flavour and texture of the full fat version. Mint and cloves added to the lassi gives an interesting fresh twist.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 mangoes - peeled, seeded and diced
    • 475 ml plain yogurt
    • 100 g white sugar
    • 235 ml ice

    1. In a blender, combine mangoes, yogurt, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
