1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium cos lettuce, leaves roughly torn
250g cooked turkey breast, diced
1 cup oven-roasted croutons
6 anchovy fillets, finely diced
2 teaspoons capers, rinsed
