1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
1kg small red potatoes, quartered
- Preheat the oven to 210°C. Pour the oil into a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Add the garlic and rosemary. Heat for 5 minutes in the oven.
- Add the potatoes; cook, tossing occasionally, for 50 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with the salt to taste.
