Prawn cocktail

    A low-fat protein source, prawns provide a good amount of B vitamins. They're also mineral-rich, supplying valuable amounts of phosphorus and magnesium.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    • 375g cooked prawns, peeled with tails left attached
    • 12 baby romaine lettuce leaves
    • 4 sprigs fresh dill

    1. Combine the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl.
    2. Thread the prawns onto 4 small bamboo skewers. Spoon the sauce into serving dishes, arrange a prawn skewer in each, and garnish with the cos and the dill sprigs.
