Singapore Dry Laksa LaMian, A Great Party Treat!

About this recipe: If you've non-Asian friends coming over for a meal, it's perfect for entertaining them with our yummy local food with these tasting portions, giving them a taste of Singapore cuisine. Don't you think it is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well?

  • 1 pkt Prima Taste Laksa Lamian Instant Noodles
  • 4 Mussels
  • 2 Medium Prawns
  • 1 Chicken Fillet
  • 2 Taupok (Dried Beancurd)
  • Laksa leaves (optional)
  • 300ml Water


  1. Cook chicken fillet & shred.
  2. Cook noodles in water for about 4 mins. Drain &set aside.
  3. Prepare sauce according to instructions on packet (use 300ml water), & add seafood & taupok. Remove when prawns turn pink & mussel shells open.
  4. Mixed noodles with sauce & cook till al dente. Transfer to serving plate & top with prawns & chicken. Sprinkle laksa leaves.
