Simple and Yummy Leche Flan

    One of my favorite dessert since I was a kid.

    • 1 1/2 or 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 3/4 cups or 410 mL can of evaporated filled milk
    • 8 eggyolks
    • 1-380 grams condensed milk


    1. Spread the sugar into two llaneras then heat over medium flame until sugar caramelizes. Set aside
    2. In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Strain twice.
    3. Pour into the llaneras. Cover with foil.
    4. Cook in a steam for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
