    About this recipe: A spring roll is a traditional Chinese snack, made with a round, thin dough sheet with fillings rolled inside and deep fried in oil.

    Ingredients

    • Roll sheet
    • Chicken breast 1 cup boiled
    • Carrot 5-6 pieces
    • Cabbage (half cut in stripes)
    • Spring onion 2
    • Soya sauce 2 table spoon
    • Vinegar 2 table spoon
    • Chilli sauce 2 table spoon
    • Cumin seeds 1 table spoon

    Directions

    1. Boil chicken breast.
    2. Cut carrots, cabbage, and spring onions in stripes.
    3. Fry them for 5 minutes without oil.
    4. Now mix the chicken with vegetables and all the sauces.
    5. Fill it in roll.
    6. Fry them until light brown.
